Watering
Most Tillandsia’s come from the rainforests of Costa Rica, where they live from the humidity. In a living room or shop they need extra moisture to survive. Just spray your air plants well with water once every 2 weeks.
Please note!
Make sure there is no excessive water in the bottles with air plants. This will cause fungus to grow.
Tip!
The climate in a bathroom is ideal for the air plants. There they live on the humidity of the room.
Light
Hang or put your Tillandsia in a light place but not in direct sunlight. Thanks to the light the plants grow and they retain their beautiful color.
Temperature
The plants feel most comfortable in a climate between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius.
